About this opportunity

NASA's Shared Services Center is soliciting fluid systems components needed as spares for Kennedy Space Center Propellants and Life Support Services (KPLSS) equipment, with proposals due September 25, 2026 and questions due September 24. This is a brand name procurement open to full and open competition with first consideration given to small businesses.

Place of performance is Kennedy Space Center, Florida (zip 32899). The procurement specifies nine line items from two manufacturers: eight components from Tescom (hand regulators, globe valves, pressure regulators, angle valves, regulating valves, and valve kits in quantities of one to ten units each) and one dual-channel permanent gas flowmeter from Flexim (quantity two units). All components support Artemis systems and must be like-for-like replacements without additional design engineering modifications. Tescom components require cleaning to either 100A or 300A standards per ASTM G93 or ASTM B40.1, completed through full disassembly and reassembly prior to shipment; soft goods kits are exempted from disassembly requirements.

All offerors must provide proof of pricing from the manufacturer and confirmation of authorization from the original equipment manufacturer to resell the specified items. Quotes must be firm fixed-price with applicable shipping costs included; delivery terms are FOB Destination to BOSS Warehouse M6-0744. Award will be made using lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation methodology. The NAICS code is 334519. Offerors must be registered at www.sam.gov and submit quotes including estimated Annual Reorder Quantities (AROs), additional lead times, a certificate of conformance, and two points of contact.
