The contractor shall provide all transportation, lodging, equipment, tools, food, water, personnel, labor, supervision, and management to assist with controlling, directing, parking, and guiding vehicles, as well as providing traffic safety equipment, portable toilets, and lighting support for visitors to the Futenma Flight Line Fair on October 04 – October 05, 2025, with no additional cost to the U.S. Government. The contractor will, without any additional expense to the U.S. Government, obtain necessary licenses and permits applicable to execute this PWS.

The purpose of this amendment is to add a Questions and Answers page and expand the Past Performance evaluation criteria in 52.212.2, EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (NOV 2021). As a result of this the following will change:
• Addition of a Questions and Answ ers (Q&A) Page.
• Expansion of the Past Performance evaluation criteria.
• Nothing else will be changed
