About this file
This document is an Amendment (Amendment 0001) to Solicitation No. M67400-25-Q-0046 for the Futenma Flight Line Fair 2025, issued by the United States Marine Corps. The amendment adds a Questions and Answers page and expands the Past Performance evaluation criteria. Key details include a government estimated budget of $85,300, a Best Value contract type, and no incumbent for the project. The solicitation seeks a contractor to provide transportation, equipment, personnel, and support services for managing vehicle parking, traffic safety, and visitor logistics during the Futenma Flight Line Fair on October 04-05, 2025. Offerors must demonstrate event staffing management, contingency planning, customer satisfaction in complex contracts, and quality of deliverables as part of their past performance evaluation. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous offer, considering past performance, technical capability, and pricing.
