The contractor must deliver a 180-day turnaround time achievement plan within 120 calendar days of award, along with supply support and technical data requirements plans within 90 days, and a training plan within 120 days. This pre-solicitation notice was posted on June 24, 2025, with responses due by July 1, 2025, giving potential contractors a brief seven-day window to prepare their submissions.
