NOTE: The SEC has a preference for Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) subscription. The SEC is not seeking a subscription that requires development. Additionally, all offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) by the submission deadline of this Request for Proposals (RFP).
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 519190 and the small business size standard is $30,000,000. This solicitation is issued unrestricted.
