Paragraph 1:
The Small Business Administration (SBA) is conducting market research to identify qualified parties interested in and capable of filing approximately 1.37 million Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) continuation statements related to the agency's COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) portfolio. The successful contractor will be responsible for verifying entity names and domestic/foreign status, then filing the statements with the appropriate Secretary of State offices. The majority of the filings must be completed within Fiscal Year 2025, with the remainder in FY2026-FY2027. The SBA anticipates using NAICS code 561499 "All Other Business Support Services" for this acquisition and may set the requirement aside for small businesses based on the responses received. Interested parties must submit capability information by August 14, 2024 addressing qualifications, pricing, approach, and past experience.

This pre-solicitation notice does not include any set-aside designations. The SBA has not identified any potential incumbents or current contractors. The agency has not provided any information on the potential award value or budget range for this requirement.
