About this opportunity
The Federal Emergency Management Agency published a Limited/Sole Source Justification Notice on June 24, 2021 to procure operations and maintenance support services for its Logistics Supply Chain Management System-Cloud solution from Manhattan Associates under a hybrid firm fixed price contract with cost reimbursable elements. The justification cites that Manhattan Associates is the sole source provider of the proprietary commercial off-the-shelf software components currently in use, which were previously customized under prior contracts. The single award contract was granted on June 17, 2021 to Manhattan Associates for an estimated total value of $XX million over a base year and three option years to ensure continued operations of this critical system that supports FEMA's disaster response mission.
