About this opportunity
The Federal Emergency Management Agency published a Limited/Sole Source Justification Notice for a 30-day interim contract awarded to Disaster Management Group to lease 30 mobile vaccination units. FEMA required the mobile units on an urgent basis to continue uninterrupted vaccination services in rural and underserved communities amidst the spread of the Delta variant. As only Disaster Management Group could meet FEMA's need for fully operational mobile units with refrigeration and support services within the mandatory 12-hour timeframe, FEMA justified awarding a sole source contract valued at $3.9 million to lease the 30 mobile vaccination units from Disaster Management Group through August 14, 2021.
