No current contractor or incumbent is identified in the pre-solicitation materials. The specific award value or budget range has not been disclosed in this RFI phase. The equipment must meet a 240-day delivery timeline following receipt of order and requires specific technical features such as evaporator heat trace for freeze protection, 3/4-inch factory-applied insulation on cold parts, and factory-supplied refrigerant charges compliant with ASME Pressure Vessel Code R513A. Respondents must provide comprehensive company information and verification of small business status and registration credentials to demonstrate eligibility for consideration in this procurement pathway.
