About this opportunity

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking quotes for hardware and software maintenance services for Aruba wireless networking equipment through RFQ CORHQ-26-Q-0061 (originally CORHQ-25-Q-0547). The procurement encompasses maintenance support for Aruba wireless controllers (7210 and 7220 series), mobile controllers, ClearPass appliances, AirWave licenses, and access points (AP-505H), with a total of 217 line items in the pricing schedule. Offerors must be authorized Aruba resellers or the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and must provide all specified items with matching part numbers. The evaluation will use a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology, where technical acceptability requires meeting minimum requirements including provision of all specified items, complete documentation, and proof of authorized reseller or OEM status. The deadline for technical questions was February 17, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. EST, and quote submissions are due by March 2, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. EST, as extended through Amendment P0002.

There is no small business set-aside or socio-economic designation for this contract. The contract is structured as firm-fixed-price for the base period of performance running from March 8, 2026 through March 7, 2027; Amendment P0001 removed the optional renewal period that was originally included in the solicitation. Offerors must submit five separate components with their quotes: a completed price schedule using the Amendment 1 Pricing Workbook, Section K Representations & Certifications, software license agreements or terms and conditions (with FDIC preference for government software terms), Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) information, and a subcontracting plan if applicable. The place of performance is Arlington, Virginia 22226. While the government files do not specify a total contract value, the pricing workbook contains 217 line items across hardware maintenance, software maintenance, and technical support services for the single-year base period.
