The procurement is for two identical units with detailed specifications, including security features like secured crank handles, lockable control covers, and security fasteners. The place of performance is FCI Gilmer in Glenville, West Virginia, with the equipment intended for institutional kitchen use. While no specific award value is disclosed, the solicitation emphasizes firm fixed pricing and will consider delivery time and availability in the award decision. Successful vendors must also provide Safety Data Sheets for any hazardous materials at the time of award, and the government will document and potentially share past performance information about vendors who fail to meet the solicitation requirements with other Bureau of Prisons facilities.
