Approximately 25 items are required at meet-or-exceed specification, including apples (400 cases), potatoes (350 bags), broccoli (220 cases), pears (200 cases), and lettuce salad mix (160 cases). All produce must be USDA inspected with certificates attached to manifests, palletized, and delivered without wooden crates. Non-frozen perishables must be held at 34–40 degrees Fahrenheit and frozen foods at 0 degrees Fahrenheit or below; any evidence of prior thawing results in automatic rejection. The facility may adjust quantities with one week's notice.

A separate FY-2027 first quarter delivery schedule memorandum dated August 11, 2026 sets four delivery schedules for awarded vendors, with Schedule #4 requiring weekly Monday-Tuesday deliveries from October 5 through December 29, 2026. Non-conforming or out-of-window deliveries are performance issues subject to rejection or re-award, and those issues are documented for future award decisions. Invoices must be submitted by mail or email only, as faxed invoices are not accepted. Sellers submit questions through the "Submit a Question" feature on the Unison Marketplace portal, and the source advises submitting them at the earliest time possible.
