About this opportunity

The Federal Bureau of Investigation seeks to recompete its Regional Multiple Award Construction Contract to provide construction services including general construction, new construction, demolition, retrofits, site work, and roadways for FBI facilities domestically and abroad. Capability statements are due by December 14, 2023 and will be evaluated using a two-phase design-build source selection considering technical factors and price. The resulting IDIQ contract would have a $600 million ceiling, $25 million maximum task order value, and be awarded in January 2025 to multiple awardees.

There is no set-aside designation. The NAICS code is 236220 for Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a $45 million small business size standard. The PSC code covers various construction and related services. The incumbent contracts expire in 2025. Capability statements should demonstrate relevant past performance, bonding capacity above $25 million, and experience with federal security projects, classified construction, and geographic coverage of FBI sites domestically and overseas.
