This special notice represents the Government's determination that only BD Biosciences possesses the capability to meet the specific requirements for this critical laboratory equipment maintenance service.
The objective of this purchase order is to secure comprehensive preventive maintenance and repair services for the FACSCanto machine utilized by the NCI's Laboratory of Cellular Oncology, ensuring the instrument remains available and in optimal working condition for daily laboratory experiments. Award of this purchase order is contingent upon approval of the Sole Source Justification by the appropriate Government authority.
