About this opportunity
GSA issued an industry day sources-sought notice on October 20, 2026, to announce upcoming facility management contracts across Colorado, South Dakota, Alaska, Washington, Wyoming, Utah, Montana, and Idaho; the notice is set aside for total small business and carries a capability statement deadline of November 9, 2026.
GSA seeks qualified contractors to perform recurring facilities management services including custodial and related services (general cleaning, pest control, window washing, waste management, recycling), facilities engineering with enhanced operations and maintenance (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, life safety systems, snow removal), and landscaping, waste management, and recycling services. All services require operations, maintenance, management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies using a national computerized maintenance management system (NCMMS). GSA anticipates competing these requirements through the 561210FAC Facilities Maintenance and Management Schedule via Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with small business set-asides.
Industry Day consists of two mandatory-sequential virtual events: GSA Presentation on November 17, 2026, at 9:00 AM MST via Google Meets (mandatory for Day 2 attendance), and Industry Engagement Sessions on January 13, 2027, at 9:00 AM MST. Contractors must submit capability statements (maximum five pages) by November 9, 2026, including company information, Unique Entity ID (UEI), company size and socioeconomic status, affiliate information, past experience summaries for one to three similar projects, and up to four attendee names and emails. Initial questions are due November 9, 2026, at 9:00 AM MST; final questions by November 19, 2026. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment.
