About this opportunity

DLA Aviation Philadelphia is seeking contractors to provide F/A-18 depot support under the Boeing Captains of Industry contract. The support includes labor, materials, and facilities to manufacture the listed part numbers for the F/A-18 aircraft. The agency intends to solicit and negotiate with one or a limited number of responsible sources based on their capability statements due by March 8, 2019. There is no set-aside designated for this procurement.

The potential contract involves six part numbers for the F/A-18 aircraft, has no set-aside designations, and the government does not possess data to perform the required manufacturing. Boeing is the incumbent as this support is under their existing Captains of Industry contract. DLA Aviation Philadelphia will not delay award pending source approval and times for approval would prevent delays of new source selection.
