About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center is soliciting a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) non-commercial requirements repair services contract for Phase Shifter Driver Units (PSDUs), which are critical components of the AN/APG-68 Radar system used on F-16 aircraft. The procurement seeks repair and refurbishment services for an estimated total of 50 units, or approximately 10 units per year throughout the contract period. Qualified contractors must demonstrate expertise in signal conditioning, high current operational amplifiers, and surface mount component repair, as these military-unique parts require specialized technical knowledge. All work must comply with the Performance Based Work Specification (PWS) and original equipment manufacturer drawings, with repaired units required to pass Acceptance Test Procedures identified in drawing 562R218H01 paragraph 4.2.2. The proposal due date is February 23, 2026.

This solicitation includes no set-aside designations and represents a non-commercial procurement for military-unique equipment. The contract does not identify any incumbent contractors or specific award value ranges in the notice. With an estimated requirement of 10 Phase Shifter Driver Units annually over five years, the total procurement volume represents significant long-term sustainment work for F-16 radar system maintenance. The specific performance and quality standards are detailed in engineering drawing 562R218H01, which establishes the baseline for contract evaluation and acceptance criteria. While the place of performance is not explicitly stated in the solicitation notice, contractors should be prepared to discuss their facility capabilities and repair infrastructure during proposal evaluation.
