The service provider will perform all repair work at its own location utilizing the Government Furnished Property (GFP) Module for parts transfer, and must furnish all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision required to complete the work. The contract will support the Air Force Enhancement Program (AFREP) at Seymour Johnson AFB, with place of performance at the contractor's facility rather than at the base itself.
