About this opportunity
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service has published a Special Notice for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for architect-engineer services to support land surveying work in the El Yunque National Forest (EYNF) and International Institute of Tropical Forestry (IITF) lands in Puerto Rico. The Forest Service plans to award 1-4 IDIQ contracts with a 5-year ordering period or a $2 million aggregate ceiling, whichever comes first.
The purpose of this IDIQ contract is to provide on-demand land surveying services as needs arise, with individual task orders valued up to $300,000, though the majority will be under $25,000. This is a 100% small business set-aside, and only firms with licensed Professional Surveyors in Puerto Rico will be eligible. The evaluation criteria focus on the offeror's professional qualifications, location/experience, specialized expertise, capacity, and past performance. Proposals are due by June 24, 2024, and the estimated contract award date is September 2024.
