The U.S. Forest Service, Washington Office of Procurement & Property Services, Incident Procurement Operations, Incident Support Branch-Logistics at the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) in Boise, Idaho, will be soliciting quotes for the purchase of CARGO NETS: 390 each 6,000 pound capacity, drawstring, external, helicopter, cataloged in the National Fire Equipment System as item NFES 0458. First article testing will be required but will be waived if testing has been passed within the last 3 (three) years. Cargo nets must meet the standards of Forest Service, United States Department of Agriculture Specification 5100-504b as well as any other specifications posted with the solicitation.

The Government anticipates awarding a single Fixed-Price Purchase Order for the purchase of these items to be delivered to multiple locations throughout the United States.
