About this opportunity
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service Region 9 is seeking to extend the lease for office and related space it currently occupies in Los Angeles, CA. The space must meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. Offerors are advised to be familiar with telecommunications prohibitions under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act. The government will consider the availability and cost of alternative space that can satisfy its requirements, including physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements, and agency downtime. Responses are due by October 28, 2024.
This opportunity is not set aside for any particular business concern. The current incumbent or contractor is not specified. The value of the potential lease extension is not provided, but the government seeks a fully serviced lease for the required office and related space, which includes a total of 2 parking spaces, for an extension term of 1 year.
