SOLICITATION

 Expired Meals Disposal Services

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for Expired Meals Disposal Services. FEMA intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced Purchase Order.  The specifics can be found in the Statement of Work (SOW) which is attached.

The NAICS code is 562119.  Telephone requests for this solicitation will not be accepted.

Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Information regarding this registration can be found at https://www.sam.gov.  Prospective offerors shall be required to complete Representations and Certifications online at https://www.sam.gov in responding to this requirement. The Government will consider all information from responsible sources that is submitted to the Contracting Officer Oneko.Dunbar@fema.dhs.gov  by 10:00 AM EST on May 07, 2020.

Written requests will not be accepted.  All responsible sources may submit a one (1) page quote to be considered.  Quotes will be evaluated and an award made to one vendor who presents the Lowest Price TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE (LPTA) proposal.  Any subsequent amendments will be posted to the beta.SAM website at  www.beta.SAM.gov . Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed.

By submitting this offer, the offeror certifies that, at the time of submission, they have adequate financial resources to perform the contract; they have the capability to comply with the required or proposed delivery or performance schedule; and otherwise meet or exceed the general standards required by FAR 9.104-1.

The offeror shall disclose any filings for bankruptcy, fines levied by governmental agencies, or legal proceeding against any participating organization, employees, corporate officer, or entity that might have a material effect on the proposer’s ability to implement the proposed project, as required by FAR [52.209-5 or 52.212-3(h)*], Certification Regarding Responsibility Matters.
