About this opportunity

This Exception to Fair Opportunity justification, published by the General Services Administration Federal Acquisition Service Assisted Acquisition Services Region 4 on March 24, 2026, supports a nine-month bridge contract for Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO) support services to the United States Air Force Central Command. The awarded contractor, Great Hill Solutions, LLC, will provide high-level analytical services, consulting, program management, and operational planning support including Special Access Program integrated operational plans, joint operations analysis, intelligence support, logistics coordination, and Air Operations Center operations for USAFCENT Headquarters and deployment locations. The bridge contract structure consists of a six-month base period plus three one-month option periods, utilizing a Firm Fixed Price approach with direct reimbursable costs for travel and a 0.15 percent OASIS+ Contract Access Fee. While the specific award amount was not disclosed in available documentation, pricing will be determined through comparison of quoted rates to previously negotiated rates, Independent Government Estimate analysis, and market rates for comparable services. Following this bridge period, GSA plans to conduct a full and open competitive solicitation with issuance targeted for May 2026 and award anticipated by December 2026, allowing qualified contractors the opportunity to compete for the long-term requirement.
