The Navy will conduct acceptance testing using ARCADES software at specified exposure rates to verify a Sensitivity Factor between 5.0 and 7.0 for each tube. All materials must be packaged at the contractor's facility and delivered Free on Board (FOB) Destination to Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division, 9500 MacArthur Boulevard, West Bethesda, Maryland 20817, with an overall delivery requirement of 180 calendar days from award.
