About this opportunity
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a system integrator for its Electronically Stored Information Disclosure and Discovery (ESIDD) Program through a Combined Support Services contract. The solicitation requires a contractor to provide comprehensive support for the agency's electronic discovery (eDiscovery) capabilities, including system integration and subject matter expertise in eDiscovery processes. The contract will support the DLA's Office of the General Counsel, Office of the Inspector General, and Freedom of Information Act office in managing legal actions and electronic information management. The solicitation is classified under NAICS category 541519 for Other Computer Related Services and PSC category DD01 for IT and Telecom Service Delivery Support Services. Interested vendors must submit their proposals by June 23, 2025, with the solicitation originally posted on May 22, 2025.
The contract does not have a specific small business set-aside designation, indicating it is open to all qualified vendors. While the specific award value is not detailed in the solicitation, the contract appears to be focused on providing software integration and support services for the agency's existing COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) software solutions. The performance will likely be conducted at DLA facilities, supporting their enterprise-wide eDiscovery program. The contract aims to strengthen the agency's electronic discovery capabilities by bringing in external expertise to complement their in-house software and tools. The scope suggests a comprehensive support services approach that goes beyond simple software licensing, emphasizing the need for technical integration and process expertise in electronic information management.
