About this opportunity
This pre-solicitation notice is for the procurement of annual maintenance and support for ePower Business Process Management software for the Naval Air Systems Command. The Department of the Navy intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation for 10,000 ePower Workflow Activator user licenses including integrated Open Text document management software. As a break in service would severely impact users, the requirement is for the branded ePower product from its sole provider. Interested parties may submit capability statements by September 24, 2020, though the government may determine to not compete the proposed acquisition based on responses received.
There is no set-aside designated for this potential award. The primary NAICS code is 511210 for software publishers while the ePower software supports the agency's IT systems. The proposed sole source award would be to the incumbent, Northrop Grumman Corporation, for an unknown value to provide maintenance and support through at least fiscal year 2021. The quantity is for 10,000 user licenses to manage daily business processes and tasks for NAVAIR personnel.
