Qualified contractors must provide specialized instructors for training areas including Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED), Mounted Operations, Tactical Combat Casualty Care, High Threat Driving, and Urban Tactics. Interested vendors are required to submit responses by May 23, 2025, at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, with specific documentation including company details, business size, capabilities statement, and comments on the draft Performance Work Statement. The procurement is not designated with a specific set-aside, and will utilize the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 611699 for "All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction". The contract structure includes a 12-month base period with four potential 12-month option periods, with task orders to be issued in 6-month increments. While specific award values are not disclosed in the pre-solicitation notice, the government will provide facilities, equipment, and support services, with contractors responsible for maintaining instructor quality and training delivery. Potential contractors must demonstrate the ability to furnish labor, equipment, materials, and other necessary resources to support the comprehensive training program. The solicitation emphasizes that responses are for market research purposes only and do not constitute a binding contract, with the government reserving the right to further define requirements based on the received industry feedback.
