Performance is primarily at the contractor's facility with occasional travel to USCG Headquarters in Washington, D.C. The contract structure includes a 12-month base period with two optional 12-month renewal periods. Deliverables include a Project Management Plan due 30 calendar days after award, bi-weekly progress reports, web GIS applications per agile sprint schedules, and meeting minutes.
