About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force's Mission Partner Capabilities Office (MPCO) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) seeking market research for an Enterprise Cross Domain Solution (CDS) that will enable secure, real-time information sharing and collaboration between U.S. and coalition partner networks at the secret releasable level. The solution must establish seamless interconnections between multilateral and bilateral networks, support collaborative services including VoIP, chat, email, and file sharing, and incorporate robust data security mechanisms with configurable connectivity restrictions and automated security marking compliance. The government is specifically seeking vendors with experience in Department of Defense cross-domain solution development and sustainment, with preference for a Firm Fixed Price contract structure. Interested parties must complete a 14-question questionnaire exploring technical capabilities, operational readiness, network connection capacity, and zero trust security integration. The RFI response deadline was initially set for September 2, 2025, at 5:00 PM Central Time but was extended to September 9, 2025, through Amendment 1.
This opportunity does not include any set-aside designations, though the government strongly encourages participation from small businesses, particularly those certified under 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) programs. No incumbent contractors or current service providers are identified in the documentation, suggesting this may represent a new capability requirement for the MPCO. The RFI does not specify contract values or budget ranges, as this is strictly a market research effort to assess industry capabilities rather than a formal solicitation. Primary performance locations include Service Centers in the United Kingdom, Hawaii, Florida, and a Coalition Integration Lab in Virginia, indicating a global operational scope. The solution falls under NAICS code 541512 (Computer Systems Design Services) and requires support for strategic and tactical coalition warfighting operations across multiple geographic regions.
