About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) Questionnaire for an Enterprise Cross Domain Solution (CDS) issued by the Department of the Air Force. The RFI seeks market research to identify capabilities for a cross-domain solution enabling secure global communication between coalition partner networks. The 14-question questionnaire explores vendor capabilities across critical areas including solution authorization, network connection capacity, collaborative service features, data type support, integration with zero trust security environments, operational maintenance requirements, remote management, customer references, and development team composition.

The RFI targets vendors with experience in Department of Defense cross-domain solution development and sustainment, with responses due by 5:00 PM Central Time on September 2nd. The Mission Partner Capabilities Office (MPCO) is seeking a solution that can rapidly and securely share information across allied and partner nation networks. Respondents are advised that this is a voluntary market research effort, not a solicitation, and submission does not guarantee future procurement opportunities. The government is specifically interested in understanding potential vendors' technical capabilities, operational readiness, and ability to support a firm fixed-price contract for an enterprise-level cross-domain solution.
