About this opportunity

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has issued a Special Notice to consolidate two existing enterprise-wide acquisition support services requirements into a single solicitation. The notice states that the Enterprise Acquisition Support Services (70FA203I00000008) and FIMA Resilience Acquisition Support Services (70FA203I00000006) needs will be combined to ensure FEMA receives the necessary services to meet its agency requirements.

The purpose of this Special Notice is to inform industry that FEMA will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) in February 2024 to obtain a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for these consolidated acquisition support services. The solicitation will be issued under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) in NAICS code 541611, and will be set aside for small businesses of all socioeconomic categories. Attached to the notice are draft Performance Work Statements outlining the scope of services required, which include lifecycle acquisition management, strategic planning, pre-award and post-award contract support, and Contracting Officer's Representative services. The period of performance for the resulting BPA will be one base year with four option years.
