About this opportunity

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking support services for its Employee Assistance Program through a one-year base contract with four one-year option periods. The contract will consist of a one-year base period, plus four one-year options to extend the term of the contract. For proposal preparation purposes, the offeror should assume an award on or about October 21, 2019 and a postaward conference at the NRC in Rockville, Maryland within one week thereafter.

The solicitation requires the contractor appropriately and efficiently provide all services associated with the administration of the NRC's employee assistance program, including professional counseling, short-term problem solving, and consultation services for NRC employees and immediate family members who are experiencing personal problems which may be affecting the employee's ability to function or perform well on the job.
