This is a 100% SDVOSB sole-source set-aside.

Work performs at the Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (main campus and Community Living Center). The contractor must be OEM-certified for diesel generators (CAT, Cummins, MTU, Generac models) and authorized to perform off-site calibrations at approved facilities. The contractor must demonstrate experience with medium voltage load bank testing in healthcare environments and manage medium voltage (13.2 kV) distribution equipment, paralleling switchgear, control systems, and battery systems.

Contract award value reaches up to $12.5 million under NAICS 811310, firm-fixed-price, with a base term and four one-year option periods. Repairs are unpriced contract line items requiring firm-fixed-price quotes and Contracting Officer approval prior to initiation. Quotes must be submitted via email by 10:00 AM EDT. Point of contact: Loretta Payne, loretta.payne@va.gov, 412-304-2961.
