About this opportunity
The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone, in support of the U.S. Army Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment Activity (USATA), issued a Special Notice on March 17, 2026, for an Electronic Autocollimator procurement. This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued for market research purposes only and does not constitute a commitment to contract or a Request for Proposal. The RFI seeks capability information regarding the procurement of two Model 229 923 ELCOMAT HR High Resolution Electronic Autocollimators. The reference number for this opportunity is PANRSA-26-P-0000-033791, and the primary points of contact are Contracting Officer Portia R. Sampson and Contract Specialist LaToya T. Whitsett at Army Contracting Center-Redstone.
The objective of this RFI is to conduct market research to identify potential sources capable of supplying the specified electronic autocollimators for delivery to the Army Primary Standards Laboratory at Redstone Arsenal in Alabama. Interested respondents must submit information by March 31, 2026, via email only, providing company name, business size, socio-economic status, points of contact, CAGE Code, and Unique Entity Identifier. All information submitted is voluntary, and the government will not compensate respondents for costs incurred in developing responses.
