The contractor must maintain, store, and rotate materials while identifying appropriate sampling and collection methods for materials located at the vendor's facility in Granite City, Illinois. The primary place of performance is in Granite City, Illinois, where the material vendor's facility is located, though all work must be performed within the Continental United States.
