About this opportunity
The US Army Corps of Engineers Little Rock District is seeking an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) electrical services contract for the Mountain Home Project Office locations at Norfork and Bull Shoals. The non-personal services contract requires a contractor to provide comprehensive electrical repair services under the direction of a Licensed Master Electrician, including general service calls, minor and emergency service calls, pre-season inspections, and additional labor hours. Quotes are due on February 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM CST, with award to be made on a best value basis using a tradeoff process. The evaluation will focus on the contractor's understanding of requirements, key personnel qualifications, past performance, and pricing. A mandatory site visit was conducted on January 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM to provide potential bidders with additional project details and insights.
The contract is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 238310 with a size standard of $19 million. The period of performance includes a base period from award through November 30, 2025, with four additional one-year option periods extending potentially through November 30, 2029. The minimum contract guarantee is $2,500 for the base period only, and the work will be performed at the Mountain Home Project Office locations in Mountain Home, Arkansas. While specific incumbent contractors were not explicitly named in the documentation, the site visit sign-in sheet indicated several electrical contractors, such as Crawford Electric and Amerind, demonstrated interest in the opportunity. The contract will require the successful bidder to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision to complete electrical repair services at the specified locations.
