This pre-solicitation notice seeks information from architectural and engineering firms interested in providing multi-disciplined planning and conceptual design services in support of campus development at the United States Air Force Academy. The 10th Contracting Squadron at the Academy seeks these services to include master planning, programming, space analysis, sustainability planning, historic preservation, visualization, cost estimating and experience with higher education, athletics, accessibility standards and Air Force airfield planning. **UPDATE: 31 JANUARY 2020 – Industry Day** The Government invites interested firms to present information at Industry Day meetings to be held at the US Air Force Academy February 10-13, 2020. The purpose of these meetings will be to further our market research by identifying qualified and capable firms that are interested in this requirement and to gather industry feedback on the acquisition. This invitation shall not be construed as a formal solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the 10 CONS to acquire any products or services. Information provided to the 10 CONS is strictly voluntary and given with no expectation of compensation, and clearly provided at no cost to the Government. A formal solicitation may be executed and posted separately on the Government Point of Entry (beta.SAM.gov) at a future date. The 10 CONS is interested in identifying interested and capable contractors and receiving industry feedback to improve this A-E services acquisition.
Firms may choose to participate in person or by telephone. Presentations should address the firm’s qualifications and capacity to meet the Air Force Academy’s A-E requirement as written in the Sources Sought notice and Draft Statement of Qualifications.
Appointments will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis to available time slots until 12 February 2020. Firms wishing to participate in this Industry Day must contact the Contracting office by email to request a meeting at the email addresses provided for the Sources Sought responses. Please include a Point of Contact and telephone number to schedule the meeting. The Government will call to schedule and confirm the appointment by email with complete instructions.

In order for the 10 CONS to make a SB set-aside determination, it is emphasized that SB concerns provide sufficient written information to indicate their capacity and capability to successfully perform and manage all the requirements of A-E Services with emphasis on Architectural Designs.
The anticipated A-E contract will cover a one (1) year base ordering period with up to six (6) one-year option(s) periods. Firm Fixed Price Task Orders will be negotiated and awarded for each specific project.
Interested parties shall provide the following information:
a. Company name, address, Cage Code, DUNS Number, NAICS codes, name of point of contact, telephone number and e-mail address;
b. Small business status (service disabled veteran owned small business, HUB Zone, 8(a), minority business enterprise, etc.) if any;
c. Date of business type certification and company’s business size.
d. Annual gross revenue; number of full-time employees by direct labor, indirect labor, and administrative/overhead positions.
e. Company’s primary source of business (commercial/private or Government sector);
Provide responses not later than 2:00 pm Mountain Time on 31 January 2020. The 10th Contracting Squadron is under no obligation to consider information received after 2:00 pm, 31 January 2020, as part of the formal market research for this acquisition.
Submit all of the above information in sufficient detail for a decision to be made on the availability of interested parties. Proprietary information should be marked “PROPRIETARY INFORMATION.” An electronic (email) response is the accepted method. Failure to submit all information by the submission due date and time will result in a contractor being considered “not interested” in this requirement.
