The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the deadline for quote submission from 07 September 2021 at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time to 09 September 2021 at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This Synopsis/Solicitation constitutes the only request for quotes for this requirement. This solicitation utilizes FAR Part 13 procedures. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.
The solicitation document, FA8604-21-Q-B011, is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and incorporates FAR provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06. The associated NAICS code is 519130 and small business size standard is 1000.
The Department of Defense Library Consortium requires access to an educational database featuring a fun, interactive online kindergarten readiness program for children.
Electronic access to the subscription shall provide for twelve (12) months with four (4) 12-month option periods from 30 September 2021 to 29 September 2026. The Air Force anticipates a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order.
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The relative importance assigned to each evaluation factor is not provided, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(a)(2). Comparative evaluations of offers will be conducted to determine which product is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.

The purpose of this update is to amend solicitation FA860421QB011
This solicitation amendment is to update clause 52.212-5 to fix formatting issues within the contract writing system. Due to an error in the contract writing system, the applicable provisions and clauses associated with 52.212-5 were not appearing correctly on the contract document. Therefore, the clause was moved to Section I - Contract Clauses to appropriately record the applicable provisions and clauses. Please see attachments below.
