ECO Flow Delta Pro 3 model 4000W Portable Battery

The Department of the Interior Bureau of Indian Affairs Northwest Region is seeking to procure an ECO Flow Delta Pro 3 model 4000W Portable Battery Power Station or equal for the Northwest Regional Office (NWRO). This solicitation falls under NAICS code 335312 for Motor and Generator Manufacturing and PSC code 6115 for Generators and Generator Sets, Electrical. The procurement includes specific technical specifications outlined in the attached documentation, with the solicitation posted on July 22, 2025. Proposals are due by July 30, 2025, providing bidders with an eight-day response window. The government has provided three attachments including the full solicitation document, technical specifications, and an Indian Economic Enterprise representation form that will be used in the evaluation process.

This opportunity is designated as a set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises, restricting competition to qualified Native American-owned businesses. The solicitation documentation suggests this is a brand name or equal procurement, meaning bidders can propose equivalent products that meet the same performance specifications as the ECO Flow Delta Pro 3 model. No specific award values, quantities beyond a single unit, or incumbent contractor information are mentioned in the available solicitation details. The portable battery power station will be delivered to support operations at the Northwest Regional Office, though specific performance timelines beyond the proposal deadline are not specified in the posted information. The procurement appears to be for emergency power or backup power capabilities given the portable battery station's 4000W capacity specification.
