About this opportunity
The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Pennsylvania has issued a Special Notice for the Eastern Army National Guard Aviation Training Site (EAATS) Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Expansion project. The Department of the Army Pennsylvania Army National Guard, also known as the Pennsylvania National Guard, is the agency responsible for this contracting opportunity.
The purpose of this Special Notice is to announce the intent to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to SUMMIT FIRE & SECURITY LLC for the installation and integration of CCTV cameras into an existing Bosch Video Monitoring System. The contract has a period of performance of 6 months, including the delivery of materials and equipment, as well as the installation and integration of the CCTV cameras. The reason for the noncompetitive contract action is that SUMMIT FIRE & SECURITY LLC is National Guard Bureau (NGB) certified on Bosch Systems and has the necessary warranty responsibility, maintenance agreement, software licenses, and set up and programming expertise for the existing CCTV systems throughout Pennsylvania. This contract action will be awarded following the issuance of a written solicitation, with an anticipated award date of September 17, 2024.
