About this opportunity

The contract will encompass maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor construction projects supporting the 7th Civil Engineering Squadron across multiple trades including carpentry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, welding, painting, and demolition work. Contractors must demonstrate expertise in compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards, and be capable of providing materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and quality assurance for a wide range of real property construction tasks. This procurement is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside, restricting competition to small business concerns meeting applicable size standards under NAICS code 236220. Task orders will be issued through a Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR) process to ensure competitive selection among contract awardees. No incumbent contractors or current award values are identified in this sources sought notice, as the government is in the preliminary stages of gathering market information to inform the formal solicitation.
