About this opportunity

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) has issued a Limited/Sole Source Justification for DSO Sustainment Support services to maintain and integrate the Document Services Online (DSO) application, which is built on Electronics for Imaging, Inc.'s (EFI) Digital Storefront commercial software platform. The contract requires sustainment, integration support, and development of custom DSO plug-ins and extension modules as EFI releases new product updates, along with maintenance of existing integration modules, configuration customization, deployment, and ensuring compliance with current and future Information Assurance requirements. The justification is based on the finding that only one vendor possesses the necessary expertise, source code access, and deep knowledge of DLA's unique requirements for this specialized web-to-print application used by quick print vendors. Contract SP470125C0094 was awarded on September 23, 2025, to an unspecified vendor for an undisclosed amount. The anticipated contract structure includes a five-year period of performance from October 2025 to September 2030, consisting of a base period and four 12-month option periods, supporting DLA's transition from print-centric to digital-centric communication while maintaining six existing DSO plug-ins and developing additional custom extensions.
