This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. FA857125Q0106.This solicitation will be solicited under Sole Source.

The Contractor shall provide all the tools, parts, materials, equipment, labor, transportation, training, and installation of a Certified, Pre-Owned Dragonfly IV AME System to the 402d Electronics Maintenance Group (EMXG); Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC) at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia.

A pre-award survey will be requested through DCMA to determine financial capability as a part of the government's evaluation of proposals.
