About this opportunity

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District published a Special Notice seeking early industry feedback on sections of a draft request for proposal for facilities sustainment, restoration, and modernization projects. The district intends to award an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with a maximum value of $225 million over five years to small businesses under NAICS code 236220 for design-build projects at existing military and civil facilities located in Colorado and Wyoming.

The purpose of the Special Notice is to promote an exchange of information with small businesses prior to releasing a formal solicitation. The district provided sections of the draft RFP and is seeking comments on the proposal instructions, evaluation criteria, and technical approach requirements via the ProjNet website by December 30th. Eligible small businesses can register through ProjNet using the key provided to submit any concerns on the draft sections as the agency finalizes the full RFP, which will also include division requirements and a sample project. Comments received will inform further development of the solicitation but the government will not directly respond during this period.
