Work includes mobilization, removal, disassembly, inspection, and reinstallation of two identical vertical turbine VIT-FUFM 18LHXC pumping units rated at 4,488 USGPM with 24-foot total dynamic head, requiring replacement of all seals and bearings with factory-specified parts, installation of flexible hose-type grease lines, and commissioning within manufacturer specifications. The scope also encompasses supply and installation of a replacement diesel generator with minimum 180KW/225KVA capacity, 3-phase, 277/480V output, not exceeding 144" length × 66" width × 72" height, with a factory-authorized service provider within approximately 200 miles of Downs, Kansas, a 500-gallon double-wall integral containment fuel tank, and electrical work by a Kansas-licensed electrician. All work must comply with Reclamation Safety and Health Standards Section 1.03.
