This solicitation seeks dosimetry services for the William Jennings Bryan Dorn Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Columbia, South Carolina. Offerors must demonstrate NVLAP certification and the ability to provide online account access and reporting, color-coded badges clearly identified with specified minimum detectable doses and response times. This requirement is set aside for total small business with a place of performance in Columbia, South Carolina. The services include approximately 226 whole body and 15 extremity dosimeters annually for a one-year base period and four one-year options from March 2024 through March 2029. Pricing must be presented by annual costs for each badge type. Damaged or unreturned badges will be charged specified rates and the VA will not pay for certain reports.
