About this opportunity
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has issued a Special Notice for law enforcement services to be provided by the Dona Ana County Sheriff's Office (DACSO). The BLM intends to award a sole source purchase order to DACSO to assist in administering and regulating the use and occupancy of public lands within the BLM's Las Cruces District Office jurisdiction.
The purpose of this contract is for DACSO to provide law enforcement personnel to enforce state and local laws relating to the protection of persons and property on public lands. DACSO is the only known source that can fulfill this requirement, and the BLM will only pay for services requested through the Contracting Officer Representative. Interested parties are instructed to submit capability statements to the Contracting Specialist by the response deadline of July 12, 2024. If no responses demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements, the BLM will award a firm-fixed price purchase order to DACSO.
