About this opportunity
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy has published a Special Notice announcing an Into-Plane Information Session scheduled for March 18, 2026. This virtual event is exclusively for current contract holders under the DLA Energy Into-Plane program. The agency will discuss upcoming changes to the AIR Card Program and provide contractors an opportunity to offer feedback, ask questions, and voice concerns regarding the new program initiatives. Registration is required to attend the session, which will commence at 9:00 AM EST. Following the main information session, DLA Energy will offer individual follow-up sessions available for contractors to schedule after March 18, 2026.
The primary objective of this Special Notice is to inform current Into-Plane contractors of program modifications and gather their input on the changes being implemented. Key deadlines include the registration deadline of March 16, 2026, and the main information session on March 18, 2026, with individual sessions available thereafter. Participation is restricted exclusively to current Into-Plane contract holders, making this a limited-audience briefing for existing vendors. The session will focus on critical operational topics including AIR Card invoicing procedures and Fully Itemized Price Ticket requirements.
