Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for routine and non-routine depot level maintenance and repair of Naval Special Warfare Divers Life Support System (DLSS) and diving support equipment. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This acquisition will utilize a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541330, and the small business size standard is $25.5M. The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders. An additional two one-year Optional ordering periods will also be included. The estimated minimum contract value is $1,000.00 and the estimated maximum contract value is $3,995,000.00.
