About this opportunity
Defense Logistics Agency Aviation issued a sole-source intent notice for the acquisition of 55 units of a display optoelectronic component (NSN 7R-5980-017280542-E7, Ref NR 123SCAV9451-5) with FOB origin delivery. The component is restricted to sources specified on the source control or selected item drawing per DoD-STD-100; suitable technical data, government data rights, and manufacturing or repair knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from alternative sources, qualification testing of substitute parts, or use of second-source parts in the intended application. Although DoD-STD-100 requires an adequate technical data package for altered and selected items, data review confirms that required data or data rights are not in government possession and cannot be economically obtained. Interested parties may access Military and Federal Specifications, Standards, Qualified Products Lists, and related standardized documents through ASSIST-Online at http://quicksearch.dla.mil/ or contact the DoDSingle Stock Point Help Desk at 215-697-2667 or 215-697-2179 (DSN: 442-2667).
